We’ve been coming here for years, but we’ve finally had enough. Their pricing has become completely unreasonable. They insist on scheduling a vet visit every time, which costs $90, even if the vet spends less than a minute with your pet. Each visit is the same script: “Your dog needs their teeth cleaned; we can send you an estimate.” We came in for a UTI, not a sales pitch. What’s especially frustrating is that both this visit and the last, they were prepared to prescribe antibiotics before the urine test results were back. If that’s the case, what exactly is the purpose of the mandatory vet visit? The office visit fees alone feel excessive, but the medication pricing is where it becomes egregious. This was my First Time bringing my personal dog as a patient. I called our regular Veterinary Clinic and they didn’t have any openings. Since I know two friends that use this Vet and the fact I took one of their pets in for a teeth cleaning I knew somewhat what to expect. When I picked up my friends dog after the cleaning it was an overall good experience. Yesterday, was more of a concerned/pain visit for my little guy🥲 I have to say I was very pleased with Doctor Beasley. She did the most thorough exam I have ever seen on my Fur baby! She used a muzzle since he was in pain as a precaution. That was a first too. But it enabled her to complete his exam. I was also pleased with the medications given and sent home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. They even offered help bringing my two very large and excited dogs in when they realized that I was also working on wrangling my toddler. Also, after TWO OTHER VETERINARIANS have told me that there was nothing wrong, the doctor there noticed, correctly diagnosed, and treated an ear infection that our elderly dog has been struggling with for over a year and a half. I couldn't have been more thrilled and, frankly, pretty irritated at the other vets, one of whom has been in his position for over 20 years. I'm not going to anyone else from here on out. We have 2 very happy puppers and happy pupper parents.

I brought my dog Buddy to you for care because of your great Google reviews. I was greeted warmly by a young lady at your front counter ( forgive me I think her name was Betty). She verified our appointment and checked us in. Then we received treatment from Dr. Gossett. She is everything you could want from a vet. Her love and concern for animals and their caregivers really shows. Dr. Gossett was not feeling well that day but stayed to keep our first appointment with Buddy. I went in the following day to pick up medication for Buddy. Dr. Gossett saw me at the counter. She made a point to come over to me and ask if I had any more questions about Buddy she could answer. She sat with me in the lobby and I rechecked my list of questions. I feel very fortunate to have found your clinic. I am ve
