We have worked with Dr. Senter for over a year to find a remedy for our dog’s constant itching and numerous ear infections. He is extremely personable and very patient with our many questions and concerns about our beloved dog. He is very good at communicating with us and explaining the challenges our dog faces. Dr. Senter sends us home with clear, detailed instructions on medications and a “plan” for proceeding. His staff is welcoming, warm and friendly. We highly recommend him and his team.

If you need a procedure completed, this practice can do it, but if you expect them to provide genuine care, time, and transparency, I cannot recommend them. Several aspects of my experience with them raised concerns for me when receiving devastating and complicated news about my young cat. It wasn’t until after everything unfolded that I fully realized I had been leaving appointments feeling confused, unsupported, and alone in making major medical decisions during a very serious and time-sensitive situation which ultimately ended in my cat’s death. Excellent experience with Dr. Senter and his staff. He is akin to a Function Medicine Doctor for animals. He gets right to root cause and fixes it. And spent quality time with us and sincerely loves animals and spends plenty of time listening to all concerns and issues. He explained a nasty bacteria strain had gotten behind my dog's ear drum and did a two hour procedure to get back there, inject some medicine, and put him on maintenance drops that cost about 20 bucks a month. He's had ZERO issues since (9 months since procedure). My boy previously had persistent ear infections from allergies for about 3 years. Cytopoint shots lasted about 3 weeks and he was on Apoquel.
