Kimberly Greene, the staff member who administered the shot, had no interaction with my dog at all. She didn’t attempt to comfort her, pet her, or help her feel at ease. In addition, she documented that my dog has ‘Dental tartar stage 2,’ which is inaccurate. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and was very disappointing.

I love going to vetco. They have the nicest vets and assistants who are so good with animals. There is never a long wait. Just make an appt. The price is better than going to the vet for shots. And they also recommend what they need. The vet gave my nilla a check up and shots. Great for animals to get their vaccines
