Vetco Vaccination Clinic

I love petco but from what I’ve experienced they don’t provide us with great vet techs at vetco. Visited vetco today and was “assisted” by Arielle Bustamante but honestly received no help. She misinformed me and sent me to other employees at the store just for them not to be able to help me either. She wasn’t able to give me many options either she just told me to ask around for my dogs prescription until I find it. Of course like anybody else would’ve I walked away pretty disappointed and as I was walking out the door she says “you’re welcome” in a rude way I’m guessing since I didn’t thank her.

This place is an absolute mess—completely disorganized and run by people who clearly don’t care. They booked my appointment a week early without telling me, then didn’t have the medication ready the following week. No apology, just finger-pointing and blaming “other staff.” Seems like they’ve got different, clueless people working every week. On top of that, I could’ve received my vaccine earlier, but thanks to their incompetence, I didn’t. Total lack of accountability or professionalism.

It was one of the best experiences, Luna is very anxious and the whole care team was very understanding and accommodated my Luna to make sure she was in and out as fast as possible. The care team was super sweet to her and made sure she as comfortable, I’m honestly thankful and grateful they made my Luna’s experience great.

I have had my dog for almost 5 years and visited Petco numerous times but never knew about Vetco. This is a pretty awesome service for pet owners. The shots are very well priced compared to the vet clinics. They provide with different package levels depending on what your dog needs. This specific store was very gentle with my Pennie and did not force a bunch of shots in one day. Thank you to the vet techs and the doc!

Honestly this feels like a scam to me. I followed a link on their website that advertised a "vaccination package" for $79 and scheduled an appointment. They told us we had to come back for a second round which ended up costing $100... ok... now they're saying we need a THIRD appointment that will cost $50. I called customer service to ask why so much more expensive than what was advertised and they said that they did not charge me for a package, but ordered everything individually instead. Why? Guess they like ripping their customers off for no good reason.
