I have been to a lot of veterinarians, and I must say this vetco location is by far the best! They showed complete caring and and went out of their way more than most to help my dog nina! From the receptionist who checked us in, to the assistance, and to the doctor who checked my dog, I want to say thank you with all my heart! They went out of their way to explain everything, prescribed medication that would help my dog and it has and did everything possible to make me feel at ease, cuz I must say I was really in a panic mode! When I was done leaving there they actually did a follow-up call to see how Nina was doing, which again to me is good customer service, and most of all they showed that they really care! I made an appointment at Vetco for 2/27 at 2:30pm because my dog was experiencing diarrhea. She also has a heart murmur, so dehydration is always a serious concern for us. Earlier that day, the office texted asking if I could arrive at 2:00pm instead. I responded that I would try. Unfortunately, due to heavy rain and traffic, I arrived at 2:10pm. When I walked in, there was no one in the waiting area and the exam room doors were open. However, because I was considered late for the earlier requested time, they refused to see my dog and told me their schedule was completely booked. My dog was a little lost between vets before we found Dr. Andy Leung. Dr. Leung is an extremely caring physician who goes above and beyond to provide the best care for your small companion. Unfortunately, my dog was diagnosed with a tumor last year, and Dr. Leung identified it promptly and coordinated all the necessary referrals and tests for its successful removal. The continuity of care has been excellent, and he always strives to do what is best for your pet. The entire team is amazing the front desk staff and medical assistants are truly passionate about their work.

As first time cat owner, Petco Dale Mabry location has educated me so much about caring for my cat. They love animals and I have great experience with them. My cat just had a spay operation, and everything worked out to be what they told me. I will recommend Petco Veterinary Clinic to anyone.

I honestly wish 10 stars was available because the service here is absolutely phenomenal. I have a bearded dragon That unfortunately has faced A couple of issues in the year I've had her. As a new reptile owner I've learned so much from everyone on staff here . I first saw Dr. Carol and the staff here in a dire situation on New Year's Eve because my baby was acting crazy, discomforted and frustrated and Dr Carol found she had ingested sand and cleared up the issue and she was back to normal within an hour. I was so grateful ! Then a few weeks later I had notice an abscess growing that I missed possibly from her injuring herself or whatever the reason may be .. needless to say I MISTAKENLY panicked when I saw and with the exotic vet not being at Vetco that day I scurried to another local
