Dr. Raboin is an incredible asset to his patients, their parents, the clinics he supports, and the entire veterinary care team. We first met him during an overnight emergency with one of our pups years ago, and ever since, we will drive to any location he's working at that day or night. Every single time I check in and ask for Dr. Raboin, the front desk lights up with comments like, "We love him," "We look forward to his shifts," and "He's so generous with his knowledge." I came to Vetco to obtain a prescription for my pet- however, the knowledeable team identified a problem which required surgery. ⸻ I truly believe Vetco and Dr. Shannon Raboin saved my baby’s life. During the week of Thanksgiving, my 3 year old dog Nola was diagnosed with pyometra, a life threatening uterine infection. She had lost 10 pounds, was withdrawn, had no appetite, and I knew in my heart something was wrong. We were told she needed emergency surgery. Even though it was the day after the holidays, the Vetco team came in on their day off just to operate on her. That alone meant everything to me as a terrified dog mom. Dr. Raboin was compassionate, patient, and treated Nola like she was his own. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. This place is amazing. The doctors and the staff always make you feel so comfortable and don't mind taking that extra step for you to understand everything that's going on with your Fur baby. I recommend this establishment to anyone that has not found their veterinarian. Best place ever!!!!!!!
