I am incredibly grateful to Palmetto Bay Animal Hospital for the exceptional care they provided to my dog after a traumatic dog attack that left his ear split in half. The receptionist was compassionate and provided great customer service during a very stressful time. The vet tech was amazing. She was so caring and made me feel like my dog was in great hands from the moment we arrived. Her attentiveness and gentle approach reassured me that my dog was receiving the best possible care. Today I received the worst ever customer service In the 25 years that I lived in this country. I feel beyond insulted and humiliated. I made an appointment online 4 days ago for today Saturday August 2, at 5:30 pm. I arrived at 5:25 and to my surprise, I was informed that I had to make the line (8 customers with their pets). I asked myself, so what's the point in getting an appointment. I decided to wait, since my cat needed urgent de-worming treatment. After 2 hours waiting in line, and when there was only 1 customer before me, the assistant informed me that the doctor was leaving and she was not taking any more customers. She offered to reschedule the appointment in 2 weeks and to give me a 20% discount. I begged them to please just apply the de-worming shot to my cat, I can come back so
