Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital

This was our first visit to the hospital for Kobe - although we have been a long time customer of Petco's and their vaccine clinic. I was sooooo impressed with the process from beginning to end. Starting with check-in, it was smooth and quick. We were sitting in an exam room in less than a minute. The manager is super friendly and very knowledgeable. The med assistant was so kind and intake notes were quick and professionally done - these are definitely animal people. Finally the doctor was so thorough in his examination I swore right then and there that Kobe would not go anywhere else for care. We felt right at home in this commercial space … and the cherry on the pie was that it didn’t break the bank. Go Vetco!

We had such a wonderful experience with Erin & Rachel at reception, Dr. Silver, and techs Nick & Giselle! From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about our pet’s comfort and well-being. Dr. Silver took the time to explain everything clearly and made thoughtful recommendations, and Nick & Giselle helped our baby feel calm and loved throughout the visit. The reception team (Erin & Rachel) was efficient and kind, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. We’re so grateful for this compassionate team — thank you all for taking such great care of our baby! ❤️🐾

Vet Doctor and vet tech Mario are the best. Both are very pleasant and very informative. As first time dog owner, they are very helpful. I’m glad I came today. Mario the vet tech, explained the plans clearly, most of all very calm in dealing my dog who is stress in going to the vet. My dog is calm and quiet with him. I highly recommend him to my friends. Good job. Keep up the work Thanks a lot.

Edit: I went to vetco yesterday to treat my cat’s eye infection. Giselle was absolutely amazing with her attention to detail and kindness overall. She truly set the standard high and my mom and I are so grateful. Dr. Abdul was very thorough and educated us throughout the whole process. An amazing experience overall. ———— From the front desk, to the techs, to the vet Dr. Abdul - I am so pleased with my experience. Everyone is super lovely. Never in my life have I seen people more passionate, caring, and full of love for animals than at Vetco Hackensack. Dr. Isabelle Jammes, Yisel, and Nicole are incredible. I am so grateful for everything they did for my magenta 💕100% recommend Vetco Hackensack 🙏🏻
