Dr. Caufield never disappoints. She is by far the BEST Veterinarian that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with for my dog. She is thorough, compassionate and absolutely great with my extremely nervous dog. I always look forward to seeing her. The rest of the staff is great!

The Dr ( sorry I forgot her name) was very sweet and gentle. She didn’t get spooked by my Livi’s attitude and knew exactly how to treat her. The whole staff is amazing.

The entire team takes such good care of our pups. From the Doctors to the nurses and the front desk staff. Always patient, caring, and responsive. Mia and Koa love you all!

I always shop in this store and today was one of the best experiences. Kelly helped me at the register and told me about the vaccine clinics, the vital care membership and the vets services. She also told me about downloading the app so I can get coupons because I questioned what entering my phone number does. She was not only informative but has a great friendly spirit. Petco in Bay Shore is one of the best I've been to. From the staff to the selection of items they carry are wonderful! I bring my pup to the Vet here and they are exceptional! I won't take her anywhere else! Keep up the great work
