10/10 The entire staff sincerely cares about your pet’s health! They greeted us with warmth and stressed preventative health needs for our puppy. The entire staff and Dr. Tiao are AMAZING—not limited to our outstanding in-store experience.

Excellent same day service. Super easy to make appointments. Very friendly and professional service. They were kind, patient, and asked a lot of questions to get to know me and my fur baby better. I was VERY nervous because I couldn't go back with him during the exam like I have done in the past with other vets and past pets. But everything worked out for the best and his eye is on the mend.

Taking my little boy for vaccine today. David is nice, he explained and made it easy to understand. Dr James Golden is detailed and the process was done very quick! Everything is done within 30 minutes. I’m happy with my experience. Thank you!

Good in a pinch but good luck ever receiving a call back from them. Luckily there’s plenty of online resources these days to bridge their gaps in care. The vet and tech I saw the day of our visit were great however so it’s unfortunate I’m leaving this review. Maybe I got unlucky but the tech I spoke to afterward abt potential side effect concerns was just not the nicest I took my dog in last week due to post procedure respiratory complications performed at his regular vet’s office. He has been cleared of pneumonia and tracheal collapse. According to the X-rays he is suffering from either upper respiratory inflammation or infection like bronchitis. They prescribed him Prednisone and various other antibiotics and symptom mgmt meds. Today he has been exhibiting some pretty severe side effect

I adopted a cat with no prior medical history and scheduled an appointment to get vaccines and address several health concerns. From the start, the visit felt inattentive. I mentioned eye discharge as a concern, and they recommended a corneal stain before ever examining my cat. My cat was taken to the back for approximately 20 minutes. When the veterinarian returned, he did so without my cat and stated, “No lumps, bumps, or issues that I can see.” This was alarming, as I had specifically raised concern about a large lump prior to the appointment. When I asked about it, he responded that he hadn’t noticed anything and said he would “go back and check.” After returning several minutes later, he dismissed it as dry skin. That “dry skin” later turned out to be a ½-inch lump that required a bio
