This place says they didn’t even have a public bathroom. It’s going to use the restroom and whoever it was there. The manager stopped me and said I couldn’t use it. I’ll never shop here even if I have 1 million pets.

They do not honor prescriptions from PetCo Total Care. Even though they are under the umbrella VetCo name, scripts are not accepted between them

The staff were so kind and the experience was very organized. My puppy didn't show signs of anxiety like he does when getting groomed. He was a happy puppy even after his shot.

While the staff and vets were helpful and professional, I do have a couple of complaints with my experience at this Vetco. First, the limited hours on only one day of the week are difficult to work into my schedule. Second, when I did take my dog in to get vaccines and do the necessary health check to receive an edible flea pill prescription, my dog came down with kennel cough within five days of our visit. I had to take him to a full vet service to get him treatment for the kennel cough, which lasted for a few months. In addition, the medical check required to receive the flea pill prescription was ONLY valid for the 3-month supply of flea pills I initially purchased. I wanted to start with a trial period to see if the pills worked or if my dog had any negative side effects. However, in

I have five Pomeranians. I have taken them here to get their shots several times. I love how quick and efficient it is. And I love that I don’t have to pay for a visit and have a Vet recommend other things. All my experiences here were excellent!!!!!
