VetCheck Pet Urgent Care Center - Carmel

My dog goes into full panic mode at the ER, so when he needed emergency care yesterday, I decided to take him to PetVet365 because the environment looked like it would be much better for him. I looked on their website which confirmed they are open until 11pm on Fridays. I looked again on Google maps to confirm they were open. I drove my dog to this emergency vet, got there, and walked up to the door to find it was locked. The entire place was closed. I called the Fishers location and they said "oh yeah, they're closed for the week." So my dog and I booked it to the VEG in Nora who took incredible care of my dog. I brought my dog to PetVet365 because of an infection. He was clearly in pain and his paw is visibly not okay, but this was not a life or death situation racing against the clock.

Great, compassionate staff. We were kept posted of each and every step of the way throughout the rescue kittens evaluation and care. They were so respectful. We appreciate what you do^^ thank you for your calm presence. Thank you for your guidance on how best to help her. She is eating from a bottle. We are using soft, warm washcloths and cotton balls for the other part.🤞🏻 We will keep you updated.

THIS LOCATION IS NOT OPEN! They always have a closed sign on the door- as someone who works in the same plaza I find it really upsetting to see people come up to their door with pets just to turn away due to them being CLOSED! THE HOURS ONLINE ARE INCORRECT!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!

the staffs are phenomenal & did a terrific job in taking care of our furbaby. they know what to do and very caring. they are also kind enough and take into consideration our budget with the vet bill. I would definitely recommend them specially with urgent care with your pet. I brought my baby here cause she started not eating and getting weak, dehydrated. thank you vetcheck.

I took my dog Zoe here after 3 vet visits in one week. She hadn’t been eating for about 3-4 days except for a small amount of food, and hadn’t been sleeping because her stomach was so upset she was going out 12-15 times a night. Dr. Serena Nayee and the vet tech were so nice and helped my little girl get better, and got to the root of the problems (our other vet really just treated the symptoms). She was dehydrated and they gave her some fluids to help with that as well as some medicines to help her stomach improve. Last night when we got home she finally ate a whole bowl of food, and slept the whole night through without tummy problems! The staff made Zoe feel comfortable and she is finally feeling better I think! We truly appreciate them taking care of Zoe!
