Vet Wheels

Highly recommend Vet Wheels for non-emergency services for your pet! They are straightforward, friendly, and fairly priced. We have used Vet Wheel twice for teeth cleanings for our small dog, and he comes out totally clean, and we are given easy-to-follow instructions on how to administer meds and keep our pup safe and healthy after being under sedation.

The staff is super helpful, caring and polite. Their computerized waiting service is amazing! They did not make me feel any type of way for requesting copies of receipts, certificates, blood work results nor for going back to ask redundant questions. They are super busy and although the stress is present, since they want to take care of everyone, they still made me feel heard and taken care of. They also checked on the dogs via text and whenever I would stop by, to see if they were ok. Their dental work saved one of my dogs since he was starting to develop an infection and their breath is so much better. Great care for a very affordable price. Other vets in the area wanted to charge $2,500 for my cat's dental work. Vet Wheels did the same procedure for less than $1,000

Note: I have been told communications have been updated to prevent this in the future. I just want everyone to have this information and be cautious. My healthy cat went in for a routine dental cleaning, and after 3 days she was gone. The days following the cleaning, my cat was struggling a bit. I was given a contact to ask medical questions, which I later found out, was not a medical professional. I was assured the reactions were normal, which then led me to tell myself I was crazy and my cat was fine. Needless to say, that was not the case. They have since admitted fault and have worked to put new communications systems in place, but this was 100% avoidable. A traumatizing way to lose my companion.

If I could give Dr. Paul Lortz a million stars it won’t be enough. He truly has patience, and the love for animals. I highly recommend to everyone to bring your pet here, if you love your pet.
