Vet Vision Center was an excellent experience for us. The office is well run, efficient, and staffed by professionals who clearly know their specialty. Explanations were clear and straightforward, and the time taken to discuss options and answer questions was greatly appreciated. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made what could have been a stressful visit feel calm and reassuring. It’s obvious that both pets and their owners are treated with real compassion and respect. We left feeling confident in the care provided and would highly recommend Vet Vision Center to anyone needing specialized veterinary eye care.

Dr. Shelby is truly amazing - knowledgeable, confident, and incredibly friendly. From the moment you meet her, she brings such a fun, positive energy into the room that immediately puts you at ease. It’s so clear that she genuinely loves what she does, and that passion shines through in every interaction. Dr Shelby and the entire staff of Vet Vision are phenomenal! The office is soothing - more like a spa - and we were provided with amazing care and attention. Our 6 month old puppy needed an eye surgery for a congenital condition, and I can not imagine having gone anywhere but here. I can not recommend them highly enough!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Vet Vision Center and Dr. Shelby! My cat had been struggling with a painful, ongoing eye issue for months. After countless vet visits, multiple medications (drops, oral, and shots), and no real improvement, my regular vet finally referred me to a specialist.
