I absolutely LOVE this vet! I had a great vet I was going to for years, but it was so expensive it just wasn’t realistic for me to make sure all my animals received proper veterinary care. I found Vet Stop, and their pricing was much more affordable. I was worried this would mean quality of vet care would decrease, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Vet stop is incredible. Not only are they affordable, but they are extremely kind, attentive, professional, and truly care about your animals. Everyone I have talked to on the phone and the front desk have been so sweet and helpful. They are my new go to vet for all my animals. I’ve seen Dr. Tamara Smith every time I’ve gone in, she is one of the best vets I’ve ever seen. She is one of the only vets I’ve ever gone to that doesn’t try to push

The vets here have always been especially kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices have definitely gone up, but it was worth it for the convenience and trustworthy vets. I have two fur babies that have been patients here for two years. :) Unfortunately, at my last appointment (a routine check up and shots) I was seven minutes late and they informed me that they could not see me. They told me there was a fee associated as well. That was fine, if surprising—if they suddenly have a strict policy I would have just liked to know about it in advance. They then said ok we can see you, but a practice manager had to come out to lecture me that the next appointment always runs on time. I’m still not sure what they were trying to communicate, but it was extremely unfriendly. All of this took more tha

Great place; have gone with Vet Stop for years with three dogs at their St. Peters location and presently at their New Town location. On our recent visit Dr. Beckmann and her assistant got on the floor with our dog, Daffy, since this was her first time here, and she was very scared. Everything is always done with a professional, caring manner. The place and the employees are always nice and friendly. Highly recommend Vet Stop.

I’ve been taking my dog to this clinic for about three years. When I first started coming here, the doctors and staff were friendly and seemed to truly care. Unfortunately, over the past year, things have gone downhill quickly. Their billing has become very inconsistent, the information they provide often contradicts itself, and communication is terrible. I’ve been given incorrect information several times, and the project manager (or whatever her title is) has been incredibly rude and unprofessional to deal with. When I decided to move my dog’s care to another vet, I went to pick up my records and found that even my home address was wrong on the file — which explains so much frustration. This clinic used to be great, but they’ve completely lost my trust. I hope they make major improveme

Brought my German Shepherd in for a vaccine appointment in November. Was told by the front desk that it would be awhile before we could be seen, so we waited about 15 minutes. The receptionist at the front desk then told me they don't know how long it would take because a puppy broke its leg in one of their rooms. They asked what vaccine we needed and I told her. She then said my dog didn't need any vaccines until February and so we left. After she gave me a copy of the vaccination record, it showed that almost everything was due in February 2025. After I called again today to confirm (thinking it might be a mistake), they hung up on me after I explained the situation. I don't recommend anybody bring their pets here. Vet Stop will not take care of the records or care about the pet whatsoev
