My husband and I are new clients. Dr. Welch and tech Christina have been amazing with the quality and compassionate care they provided us. They really treated us like family right from the start. We had an amazing experience here when we brought our dog Paprika in for a very painful split nail. From the moment we called, they were able to get us in quickly and were so kind, patient, and understanding during a stressful situation. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and compassionate, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without making us feel rushed or judged. Pricing was very fair, transparent, and affordable, which we really appreciated. Paprika was treated with so much care, and it honestly meant the world to us. Even though this clinic is about 40 minutes away (and our old vet is only 5), we’ll most likely be switching to them as our primary vet because the level of care was just that good. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Vet Care Associates. We started seeing them a few years ago when we moved to the area. The staff there are incredibly kind and caring people. They were more than reasonable and fair with pricing and costs. We had to have one dog euthanized due to old age and they were compassionate and kind throughout the whole process. Our other dog then got very sick out of nowhere. Dr. Baysinger and her team worked tirelessly to help and treat my dog. Dr. B was very honest and straightforward about prognosis and options. She was a comfort and blessing during an incredibly stressful and devastating experience. The staff is very friendly and kind. They remember my dogs' names and are very good at explaining things. Whenever I want to get them in, I never have to wait more than a few days. Usually I can get in day of or the next day. Everyone there is super friendly and I cannot recommend them enough!
