We've been doing the pack walks every month and are now in a 5-week Bootcamp with Sofia and Lyra. Sofia has been great as we get to know our rescue dog, Luna Bear, and train ourselves to be the best we can be for her. I highly recommend checking VADA out. If you're unsure if training is for you and your pup, do a pack walk! It's a great entry point. And you get to meet lots of cute dogs.

We love VADA! After a recommendation from a friend, we hired Sofia to work with our Goldendoodle, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We participated in several private sessions that focused on door manners, leash reactivity, and fundamental commands like sit, down, and stay. Beyond the classroom, our pup enjoyed joining Sofia and her pack on hikes throughout Grand County, which really helped improve his off-leash skills. Impressively, he even got the chance to fulfill one of his lifelong dreams by trying his hand at being a sled dog. We cannot recommend VADA enough. Sofia’s extensive knowledge, kindness, and intuitive understanding of canine behavior make all the difference. We look forward to working with Sofia and our pup is looking forward to more grand adventures.

Sophia has helped me out so much with my dog. I have a roughly one year old, herding mixed breed dog. Who was becoming aggressive when people he did not know would come to the house. It took a lot of work on my end and a bunch of help from Sofia but he is now doing really well and is becoming nicer and more confident around people.

Sofia was exactly the person we needed for our pup. When we started experiencing “teenage behavior” we contacted VADA. My dog Hank and I just completed a basic obedience package with Sophia. Hank is a six year-old labrador retriever that has had very little handling. Sophia was perfect for him. Very patient, compassionate and gave very clear instructions for me on how to help him integrate into his new life. She made the process very enjoyable. It’s obvious that she is knowledgeable when it comes to dogs. She even pointed out a concern with his back paws that I am having addressed. I highly recommend Sophia and hope to work with her in the future as Hank progresses.
