2nd vet I saw for a problem my dog was having. Staff was incredibly friendly and understanding. Dr Lee appreciated the possible severity, was understanding and informative and took action immediately to try and help my dog. I now have a new veterinary clinic and couldn’t be happier. My daughter brought her cat the next day and was as pleased.

Dr. Wen and the whole staff are so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I take my cats there and highly recommend them. Update February 2025: If you're looking for a vet, you've found a great one here. Quality of care is always there! Staff is courtesy and kind. Fast appointment times with little to no wait. Prompt and thorough follow-ups. Phone calls are answered quickly and returned timely. Clean facility with no smell. Reasonable prices, clarity on billing. Boarding is also available for current clients. Doctor Wen is especially awesome - patient, sympathetic, pragmatic and considerate of your situation and your individual pet's care needs. My beloved cat Birthday adores her, making visits way less stressful for everyone involved. He is now thriving because of his diabetic care from her

When we moved to the area two years ago, I searched for a new vet. I'm pretty picky because I had an almost 30 year, multi-pet relationship with my prior vet in FL. I chose Vernon Woods because of how long they have been around and from several recommendations from fellow animal lovers. Our dog loves the staff and they loved on her like they'd known her from a pup even on the first visit. As we are now helping our girl deal with cancer, Dr. Wen and team have show unending amounts of patience, compassion, and care to help make our pet and us as comfortable as possible through it all. I cannot say enough about the availability of the staff for questions that come up in between visits and how truly supported we feel as pet parents at this stage of life for our dog and we are so grateful.

Our dog was groomed for years by Angelia at Vernon Woods Animal Hospital. She is a wonderful groomer! Even as our dog got very old, Angelia did an amazing job with her. We know this took a lot of patience and tenderness. The staff are also very nice at Vernon Woods. I would highly recommend Angelia and Vernon Woods Animal Hospital.
