Jenna did our pups first spa experience and from the minute we walked to the the time I picked her up I felt my pup was in great hands! Jenna answered all the questions I had and was so sweet with my pup! Finding a groomer is hard, we researched so many other groomers before choosing velvet tails and I’m so glad our search is over! We will be a lifelong client here!

What a cute, small, and cozy grooming salon with excellent care! My pup came back so fluffy and soft, and smelled amazing. The bandana quality is great, and the treats were a nice touch. Grooming took about 2½ hours for my Goldendoodle.

My boy absolutely loves this business! He always end up leaving with biggest smile! The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and really great listeners to all of your requests. Their products leave his fur smelling SO good, you can tell they use top of the line products and shop is so adorable!! Cannot recommend this business enough.

We cannot say enough great things about Velvet Tails! Our 8 year old bully received a full pamper session, complete with a bath, nail trim, tooth and ear cleaning, and a happy smile at the end. Sally is a fearful dog who prefers her routine, couple that with sensitive skin - we came in with many requests. Anna kept all her needs in mind and provided a calming experience for our nervous girl. It was such a great experience seeing her come into the lobby with a big smile and a tail wag! We can’t thank them enough for the positive experience they provided our sweet girl.

Brought my dog, Leo, here for the first time and had a wonderful experience! Very reasonable price for a FULL service groom. He left smelling so good and looked adorable. PLUS, The team is very kind, caring and helpful!
