VEG ER for Pets

When we brought our dog to the ER early in the morning on the day he passed away, the entire staff treated him with so much urgency, compassion, and care. They began working on him right away and truly did everything they possibly could to try to save him. We were there for about eight hours, and during that entire time the team continued to monitor him closely and do everything they could to keep him stable. The doctors were very informative and took the time to explain what was happening and answer our questions, which meant so much to our family during such a difficult moment. We had an excellent experience at this emergency veterinary clinic. Dr. Thomas and the team were prompt, compassionate, and incredibly professional during a very stressful time. The facility was immaculate, and we loved the open concept of care — our dog never left our sight. They provided a clear, itemized treatment plan and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. All of our questions were answered patiently, and they made sure we fully understood our options. We truly appreciated how they educated us throughout the entire process. We felt our pet was in caring and capable hands from start to finish. We are so incredibly grateful for the exceptional care, kindness, and compassion they provided.

After spending 2.5 hours with never being seen at a different vet ER, we came here. We have been to many ER’s, with our almost 14 year old pup, and this was the best experience we had, by far. We were seen immediately by friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Obringer completed a thorough evaluation, treatment plan, and cost estimate within minutes of our arrival. The specimen draws were done in the patient room and our pup never left our sight, which is very comforting. The lab results were ready much quicker than we thought and Dr. Obringer reviewed them with us. Soon after our friendly nurse brought the meds in and we were on our way home. I highly recommend this Vet ER. I have been to different ones over my years of being a pet owner. I love their open concept design. My husband and I were able to stay with and comfort our pet while she was getting care and that meant the world to us as most Vet ERs do not have this available. Unfortunately we had to make the hard decision to let our 17 year cat go and they showed us so much compassion during this process and in our time of grief. If you ever need an emergency vet your loved pet this is the place to go. This will be our go to for our other animals if or when we need services again.

Really wish there was an option to give no stars or negative stars. This place is horrible! They’re overpriced, disrespectful of your time, and use scare tactics. Arrived 2/25/26 at 10:45 am because my puppy was having respiratory issues we were put in a room right away. After being placed in the room the my puppy was examined with little waiting in between the vet tech and vet. At 11:54 am the vet came with an estimated invoice of $1804.82 for the plan of care. I agreed to the plan of care. The vet left and 5 minutes later the customer care representative came into the room to inquire if I had received the link to pay. I told her I that what was shown was an estimate and I would pay once services completed and there’s a final bill. I was told that payment is due first. No problem, I p
