VCA Woodland Central Animal Hospital

We have gone to the VCA Woodland Central for years. We love Dr. Coldwell and all the care he has given to all our fur-babies over the years. The staff at VCA is also just as kind and caring. Amber is the sweetest soul, as well as all the vet-nurses. They all treat us and the fur- babies like family. 💯

Dr. Coldwell is the absolute best! I would follow him wherever he goes! The staff is amazing and the location is great. Recommend to anyone who cares about their fur babies.

I have been going to VCA Woodland since my Luna Marie was a baby. The whole staff is super friendly and caring, and I personally want to "thank" each one of you, especially Dr Velasquez and Jordan, for the outstanding care that my Luna Marie receives each time she goes for a visit. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the friendliest and sweet Amber, then really nice Mitch who tried and tried to get Tommy’s blood pressure. To the wonderful so patient and extremely knowledgeable Dr Coldwell. This VCA is by far the best place to take your animals. Always pleasant and helpful and explain everything. Don’t want to forget Jordan and Zoe! They are both amazing too! I always know my fur babies are well taken care of. Thank you all so much! ❤️

Does your pet have heart worms? We were told this by the vet after a quick test then suggested a $1,000 to $1,500 treatment that could kill my dog. My dog is elderly and blind and deaf and after only going in for routine vaccines were met with a visual coincidentally placed in a jar on the counter of heart worms. After some research of the medications the vet prescribed we discovered we were sold pills at nearly a dollar a piece to treat bacteria infections, I thought my dog had a parasite? Then two of basically the same "preventative" treatments that after researching can cause my dog neurological damage and seizures.
