This place is wonderful! We've been bringing both our cat & our dog here since we relocated to the area 7 months ago & every single person that we've interacted with has been consistently patient, helpful, & kind. It's obvious they genuinely care about your pets. The whole experience is warm & welcoming. There are a lot of perks too- the first appointment is free, you can pop in & weigh your pets anytime (helpful if you have a pet with health issues & you're monitoring their weight), & you can chat 24 hours with a licensed vet tech at no cost if you have a late night concern. After a recent visit, we even received two follow-up calls from our doctor checking on our senior kitty. Dr. Taylor was amazing with our dog. He comes in very calm and relaxed to keep the environment calm for the dog. The staff was also amazing and informative!

VCA Whispering Pines is amazing. They truly care about their customer base and have personally gone above and beyond to keep me as a customer. The whole staff is great but a huge shout out to Molly who is the most patient person I have ever met and to Teresa for showing how important customers are.

My first time here from a different state. Everyone was sweet. Since it was my dogs first visit we got a goody bag which I thought was so thoughtful and have never had from any other vet. The girls were nice and my dog loved them. Overall he had a great experience.

I want to thank VCA doctors and staff for being such a wonderful team. Our chihuahua, Roxie Douglas Byrd Allen, was taken care by wonderful and extraordinary individuals. All of our experiences were met with kindness, caring, personable, professional individuals. Never did we experience negativity nor poor service. The care that Roxie received was authentic and expertise techniques. I can not say enough about the team and their practices.
