I can be a very unpleasant person when stressed. I came to VCA a few years ago and was pissy about wait times gave them 1star .Because of this went to a different er for surgery when he developed his first tumor. they didn’t do a good job… VCA let me come back after being rude and leaving a nasty review as well as complaining though their customer service process. I took my baby chappie here for a few surgeries over the couple years he had cancer. They removed one from his back his face and eventually had to amputate his right arm. He was able to become cancer free and surgery’s went successfully. He didn’t live long after and passed suddenly. I was able to take him to VCA to have him cremated. The team hand wrote me a condolence letter and it was needed. I’ve never lost a friend like th

We had to rush our 2.5-year-old Boston Terrier to VCA Veterinary Specialists of the Valley + Emergency Service after an ulcer in his eye suddenly ruptured. Their emergency team took us in immediately and cared for him with compassion and professionalism. Although the visit was quite expensive (as most emergency vet visits are), we’re grateful they were there when we needed them most. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and kept us updated throughout the process. I did request that they trim all his nails while he was under anesthesia. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to learn they only managed to trim three paws, which suggests they tried while he was awake and he resisted. This is why I asked multiple times for it to be done while he was fully sedated. Overall, thank you for taking suc

We got a massive shock this year when our 3 year old cat was suddenly diagnosed with aggressive lymphoma. We started treatments with Dr Jeon and were under VCA’s care until August. Dr Jeon and the staff were beyond kind in every way. He would literally find us as we were about to leave the parking lot when he had thought of another idea we could try for treatments. That’s how dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate the entire team was. While we unfortunately lost her in August because the lymphoma was extremely aggressive and resistant, Dr Jeon did literally everything possible and gave us 6 precious months with her against all odds. I think of the VCA team every day, and I am so grateful for everything they do. As someone that sat weekly in that lobby for 1-3 hours during treatments,

This review is for Dr. Topmiller and the techs who assisted us with the very difficult decision of saying goodbye to our senior dog on July 8th. She was suffering from a rare and aggressive autoimmune disease, and we initially only came in that day to get a consultation. We did not expect to receive that dire prognosis, the same day. Dr. Topmiller was extremely thorough and very empathetic to our situation. The advice and knowledge we received helped us make peace with letting her go. Preserving our loved one’s quality of life was our utmost priority. Thank you for keeping our Luna comfortable in her final hours, and for the handwritten card from the team. Our family deeply appreciates the care and professionalism we’ve encountered from this clinic during this time.

MANY OTHER REVIEWS WITH THIS EXPERIENCE! I suggest you look for them and read them because they're true. It's been weeks and we still haven't received our blood work results. We kept being told a doctor would call us back and they haven't. We had to have our dog euthanized because she was suffering.... WEEKS. This place is horrid. We want our results NOW. Edit: while writing this review I've been on hold for 20 minutes at 7:30am....
