I love this place!! I rescued a dog in July 2025. I signed up for the care plan here and have been extremely satisfied. After my visits they always call to check on Maxx. They also offer txt messaging and answer quickly. The staff clearly are all animal lovers and have their own pets in the office as well. They have treats on the counter for you fur baby to calm them as they wait. The wait time has never been more than 19 minutes and I have been to four office visits for shots, a skin infection and grooming. I signed up for the home delivery for his heart work/flea/tick medication. I definitely recommend this office over PetSmart, any other chain or private practice.

I’m really disappointed because I usually have good experiences here. I made an appointment today for a rabies shot, and the price for that was clearly disclosed over the phone, which I appreciated. However, no one mentioned I have to do a physical exam when they gave me the quote. When I arrived, I was suddenly told there would be an additional $100 charge. It’s not about the money — it’s about the lack of transparency. Prices should be explained upfront, especially when scheduling an appointment. Hidden or surprise charges feel really unsettling. It’s sad because I genuinely like this place and the service is usually good, but not disclosing important pricing information ahead of time makes it hard to trust. I really hope they improve their communication moving forward.

This place was like a breath of fresh air! I am not made of money and I was extremely nervous about taking my dog to the vet! I never really had pets due to veterinary care being so stressful and expensive! But this place was nothing like I expected! Before my appointment I received an invoice with all the possible cost of all the possible outcomes based on the Information I had given during initial phone consultation. There were no surprise fees and actually gave me my first exam for FREE with a coupon from their website!!!!!! Everything else was surprisingly reasonable cost! Not only did they put my financial worries at ease they were so nice and so attentive and I just could tell this was the place for me and Yoda!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ — Disappointed After a Promising Start I brought my dog, King, in for an exam. The visit started off great — the vet seemed genuinely friendly, interacted with King like a true dog lover, and even complimented his good behavior throughout the exam. For a moment, I thought we’d found our new go-to vet. Toward the end of the visit, the doctor kindly offered to provide one of King’s regular medications at no charge for a month, which I really appreciated. However, when we decided not to have the prescription filled at their clinic, the doctor took the offer back. That small gesture suddenly felt like it came with strings attached, which was disappointing and unprofessional.
