All the doctors and staff members are great, friendly and understanding. We love to take our dog here for grooming as well as for her well being. Alisha is always very helpful and accommodating whether it be scheduling appointments or getting documentation for vaccines.

Took our new cat to the vet for his first check up not too long ago loved the staff and the doctor when we were there! Dr told us he has teeth problems, showed us by prying his mouth open. Ever since he can’t open his mouth all the way and yelps. Called the front desk to ask about maybe a check up. She wasn’t very helpful or considerate or kind. Asked how much it would cost, she said about $112. I understood there would be a cost, didn’t expect it to be that much for something the Dr did. She said the only thing I should do is find a lower cost vet, which is a shame because we really liked the doctor and staff at our first visit.

We've been taking our dog and cat to VCA for a couple of years. The service has always been great and the staff is very knowledgeable. More than that, though, they treat our animals as if they're their own. This comes across during annual checkups, when concerns come up, and when they're boarded. Just this last week, our dog was boarded and they took the time to create this cute Christmas decoration using his paws. So cute! It's things like this that let us know our animals are in the best of hands.

I have had great experiences with this Animal Hospital! The numerous times I've been in the front staff have been kind and courteous as have Dr. Cowser and his associates. Dr.Cowser is extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate, I also love how he communicates my dogs needs and walks me step by step of medications. I took my dog here for an exam after adopting him from Operation Kindness a month ago. The initial exam was sponsored by the shelter, so there was no charge. My dog received treatment for a case of heartworm after his initial exam. Everything related to that went fine and the dog is doing well so far. The location manager, Aaron was overall professional, helpful, and kind. No issues with him. Even though I know he may have disagreed with some of the decisions I made for my dog, he handled everything professionally. When I arrived, one of the techs brought me into the exam room and explained to me that my dog is going to need some more vaccines (he received all the core dog vax at the shelter), and the cost would not be covered under the agreement with the shelter.
