Very underwhelmed with this vet -- working on switching. Took my cat here for a panting issue and they tried to pressure me to get an expensive heartworm test right after dropping the news that she might have a terminal heart condition. I went to a specialist at SAGE and found out from them that there is no treatment for heartworm in cats, so the test would have been pointless. The only positive point of this place was it was conveniently to schedule appointments through their app. However, recently even that has been problematic -- they let me book an appointment on a day they were closed.

I took my American Bulldog to this vet for the first time since I moved here from Southern California a few weeks ago and I can’t say enough about how well the vet took care of my most trusted companion and how well they listened to my concerns about him. So if you care about your pet as much as I do for mine then give these folks a call and make an appointment with them because you be sorry and you’re pet will love you more than any human ever could

Some of the most wholesome, knowledgeable, and passionate vets and vet techs I’ve met. They never try to have unnecessary tests done to squeeze money out of you and they genuinely care about your pets.

Amazing staff, they were all so kind and were so good with my sick cat who does not usually do well being examined. Dr Chan is a wonderful vet. She was so gentle with my cat. She took time to answer all my questions and go over options with me. The office and exam rooms are the cleanest I've ever seen at a vets office. I will recommend her to anyone I know who has pets. I am so grateful to have come here.

After attending VCA for over 10 years the last interaction with Cathy from care club as well as all the desk attendants and service has been awful. The last straw was that they refused to cancel my unwanted pet club membership after I was told point blank the day I signed up that after a year it would definitely not be auto charged after the year because they’d flag it. Well that never happened and I discovered I was still being charged . There also lied saying they sent an email and text to me saying it would renew and my records showed I received neither. They were absolutely unwilling to refund any amount and did not care that they would lose my business. Waiting 5 weeks for an appointment is also pretty upsetting.
