Dr. Laura Croteau is the best! She took the time to really listen to what was going on with my dog, to answer to my 1000 questions, and she explained everything clearly in terms I could understand. She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I feel completely comfortable trusting my dog's health to her. My dog loved her and we are really happy to have found her :)

the staff here are all perfectly nice and the care is good, but there are some things about the place that don’t seem well thought out. every time i’ve been here they’ve had very loud rock and pop music playing in the waiting room. they have two relatively large speakers that are parallel with the chairs where clients sit with their pets so the music is just blasting into the animal’s ears. most cats and a lot of dogs are incredibly sensitive to noise so it just feels inappropriate. i think if a vet office really feels the need to have music for whatever reason, maybe something like a very quiet and subtle jazz would be more suitable. i’d be horrified if i walked into a vet’s office to, god forbid, put my cat to sleep, and have to listen to peppy rock and pop music while i'm dealing w

The staff here always goes above and beyond for my animals. I have brought all my pets here over the years and always recommend this place to people looking for quality care

Dr. Ramsey is amazing! I trusted her expertise with my dog’s health for many years. After 16 wonderful years with my dog, it was time to say goodbye. It was truly one of the worst days of my life. She was my everything! When it came time to put my Maltese down, Dr. Ramsey, walked me through my options and reminded me that my dog had a long happy and healthy life. Before preforming any procedures, Dr. Ramsey explained everything in plenty of detail. Then, when I decided to put my dog down, Dr. Ramsey stayed with me the entire time. I am so very grateful for her support during a difficult time. Two weeks later, I received my dog’s paw prints and a condolence card signed by everyone in the office. I have to say we had an amazing time experience yesterday. The staff could not be any nicer/ our kitty peed and threw up en route. The vet tech took him and cleaned him and our carrier up. They were patient and very nice. The Vet did a great job with our cats. I think new patients will be very happy with this practice. We have three cats and three dogs and we take them all there/
