The one experience I had with this VCA was very positive. Our dog's suffering worsened substantially Friday night into Saturday morning, when our normal VCA was closed. Not wanting to prolong his suffering any longer and knowing it would be the last time both my partner and I could be with him at the same time, we determined it was the right time to allow him to pass peacefully. The vet on duty was very compassionate, and reassured us that this choice was a reasonable decision given his state. He clearly communicated what he would be doing, how our dog would feel and react, and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. Dr. Eng is the best vet we have had the pleasure of seeing. He’s so thorough in explaining whats going on with our pet, never rushes through it, and compassionate. He’s always straight forward with what we actually need to do. Would definitely recommend, you can trust him with your fur babies.

VCA Peninsula is the best. They take the best care of all of my dogs. I always feel I get the most honest and complete answer when it comes to my pet's care. I have had several dogs that are patients there over the years and they know every single one of them. When we lost our boxers the staff there cried with us. From the veterinarians to the techs, to the office staff my family is so grateful for them. We all love our animals so much and would do anything for them, to have a medical team to be there when you need them and check in after is so comforting. My family and myself will take all of our animals there.

Exceptional care for my pets here starting from the front desk to treatment. Dr. Eng is very thorough and addresses all of my concerns in an easy to understand format. The vet tech has great bedside manner and I'm confident in her skill with animals. The front desk lady Tami, although understaffed, is still efficient and does great. All we want for our fur family is professional and quality care, and this hospital provides it. Also, their app is *actually* useful and it's easy to schedule appointments, view invoices and records and set reminders for your pets.

Today we unfortunately had to put our beloved husky down. We have never been to this vet before today, we were desperate due to our regular Vet not treating us well. Our husky was in bad shape and we were having a hard time finding somewhere that would take him in quickly. We didn’t want him to suffer and fortunately VCA helped us. I wish we had found this Vet earlier, everyone there was so kind and compassionate to us, even though we were strangers to them. Truly, thank you for making an extremely difficult day a little easier for us. I look forward to bringing our other dog to you in the future for care. I wish I got your names before I left, but thank you for the doctor for taking us in and the vet tech for getting us a vile of hair from our pup.
