Have been taking care of my pets for a long time. Excellent service care fir your animal and you. The vets are excellent and the techs, can't explain how good they are. Highly recommend for caring for your loved animals.

VCA Palmer was extremely kind and accommodating when we made end of life decisions for our dog that needed special accommodations. While we made hard choices we felt comforted and supported. They delivered care without complications. We were able to quickly relieve our loving pet of pain and suffering and feel comfortable that he will be handled with love and dignity after his death and returned home with care. Thank you to the team from the staff that answered the phone and our many questions , to the scheduling and handling of the appointment, and the kindness of the staff and doctor throughout and afterwards. Thank you for your care of our pet.

I've been bringing cats here for over a decade. Everyone has always been personable, kind, knowledgeable, and skilled with comforting and handling my cats. I can only think of one occasion where a staff member was rude to me on the phone, but it never happened before or since, so I guess they don't keep people like that around for long. I really get the sense that they care about my pet's well-being every time I'm there, and I always leave feeling like they've done all they can to help. Good place.

Did great getting our dogs ready for international travel. Dr H is kind, listens, and has great follow up!!!

Every doctor and vet tech that I've met are all so extremely caring and thoughtful. They explain things well and are wonderful to the animals as well as their human parents. They have the ability to xray at this facility which was very nice. Although the read took a couple hours to come back, it was still a very good experience. Jasper is all fixed up and will live to eat another hair tie!
