VCA Old Mill Pet Inn

This isn’t my first time boarding my cat with Old Mill Pet Inn, but it was the first time he came down sick while there. They took such excellent care of him, taking him to the vet next door and giving him medicine he needed. Extra love and attention. Even calmed my nerves by giving me updates and pictures and the assurance that they were looking after him the same way I would be if I was with him. Needless to say, your pet will be well taken care of here.

Have used Old Mill for over 17 years with zero issue. Never a sick pet coming home. Never lost weight. Happy to get out of the car. Because over the years I have had multiple rescue pets I have boarded (not at the same time), six different cats, and nine different dogs. Never has there been an issue. I highly recommend this for your pet boarding needs. My only problem, Old Mill is so popular, especially around the holidays that you have to have your own reservation in WEEKS ahead. They book up fast because they give such good care to my animals. A good thing! All staff friendly, dependable, and truly love your animal. I highly suggest the "Play time" for your pet. My dog has been boarding here since he was a young puppy. He's now 14 years old. He has always been well-taken care of here. They take notes on how he does while we are gone and will share that with you if you ask. He is a small dog, so we always pay for the extra mid-day walk. It gives us peace of mind that the vet we take him to is right next door.

We love boarding our dog in this nice facility where he has an indoor/outdoor kennel option that allows him more freedom. Everyone working is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Checking on your pet is easy, and grooming is also available.

An absolutely amazing experience. The people here treated our cats amazingly. It really took away a huge stress and allowed us to enjoy our vacation. We will be back thank you so much. Pancake and Pika had a great visit!
