I can’t thank VCA enough for the care my girl gets every time we come in for a visit. Specifically one incident when my girl was 4mo old. -Story Time- On Nov 15 at minutes before closing,,, We came in because Zeva was shaking and started to have seizures. It was a late night visit that ended up at the ER vet as well. Zeva had a total of 52 seizures that night and was totally paralyzed by morning. It was decided that given her young age and the condition she was in after that night, she be put to rest😥 The next day at 10 Am we walked into out appointment seeing Dr Pawl. When my dog started having problems in the middle of the night on a Sunday, we weren’t sure where we’d be able to get him in the next day. North Ridge was able to take him and get him sorted out first thing with subcutaneous fluids and some special food to get his belly sorted out. Then, my cat started throwing up almost daily and losing drastic amounts of weight, and we had no idea why. Dr. Mohammadpour patiently took us step by step through the process of figuring out what was wrong. He now has a diagnosis and prescription food, his weight has stabilized, and the daily vomiting has stopped. We are so grateful for the care they’ve received. North Ridge doesn’t cut corners, and they go out of their way to show that they care about our pets as much as we do.

I'm pushing 70 years old and am a disabled veteran. I've been a customer at Madison VCA veterinary clinic since 2006 (19 years). If you have an "Overly Friendly, Excitable Loving Dog" who jumps for attention. "DO NOT" take the dog to this veterinary clinic under any circumstances. A Iittle over a year ago I had made an appointment for my dog to get a shot (Cytopoint) for inching. I had called ahead of time to see if someone could come out to my car and take my dog in for the shot without me going inside. A vet tech came out to take my dog inside, I was told her first name is "KAI," a young gal with pink hair. When she brought my dog back out, you could tell she was mad, she then proceeded to "Dress me Down." Questioning me if I gave my dog a sedative (trazodone) before I brought him in.

Its a fantastic place to take your pet. Vet is very knowledable & friendly. Staff is extremely friendly & good with the animals. Answered all of our questions.

Dr. Halas is amazing! The office is very attentive and is always on top of suggesting the best care for our kitten. Thank you for all that you do!
