The front office is so friendly, and they even put up a welcome board for all their client pets which is such a welcoming touch. The techs every time we come in know my pup and make him feel cared for when coming in for his routine allergy shots. The techs were extremely helpful in preparing me for what was to come when monitoring a lump on my dog’s elbow that later turned out to be a cancerous tumor. The doctors have all been above and beyond in care and have been there to answer questions for the procedures that are upcoming for my guy close to office closing when they could have been checked out and gone for the day. VCA New London has been great.

Very caring and attentive support. Our dog was diagnosed with diabetes with complications. Unfortunately we had to put her to sleep. The vets and staff were very supportive and kind to Leia and her family members. Thanks for the kind treatment.

I took my dog, Penny, in for a severe allergic reaction. They had immediate availability for urgent care. The staff were very kind and helpful over the phone and in person. When we arrived, my dog was seen and treated immediately. The office was nice and the rooms were large and clean. The vet was kind, approachable, and forthright. He also made sure I left with clear instruction. The cost was very reasonable. I spent far less than I anticipated. I would bring my pets here again. Great job staff, and thank you for helping my girl!

After our last visit, I was very disappointed by this practice's aggressive sales tactics and poor service. When we left, I was unknowingly subscribed to an expensive medication plan. The main issues I experienced were: Automatic subscription: Without my consent, I was subscribed to a $380 medication. No-return policy: When the medication arrived, it included a notice that it could not be returned. Unprofessional staff: When I called to question the charge, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. Her "shushing" and talking over me suggested this was a common complaint. High pressure sales: I also felt uncomfortable during my appointment due to the vet's aggressive attempts to sell me a more expensive medication. While I know vet care is expensive, this clinic seems more concern

I called in worried because I found a tick in my dog’s skin. I’m new to the area and never dealt with this before, so I was panicking. They were able to get me in same day. Once I got there, I was greeted quickly and was taken to a room. Dr. Nobert and another technician quickly came in and they were amazing! Dr. Nobert talked with me and not at me. He even gave me a tick removing tool! He was very informative, easy to talk to, and my pup was as comfortable as he could be at the vet. This place eased my concerns and worries. Thank you!
