VCA Laguna Niguel Animal Hospital

Could have cared less about my dog or me. Their urine test was (four times my regular vet's fee); they even said their prices are high! Do not waste your time unless you want to overpay. Last time I went to VCA, they wanted to pump my dog's stomach for $ 15,000. Of course, I didn't have that money, she is alive and well today. She had overeaten; they convinced me she was going to die.

We love VCA Laguna Niguel and Dr Patmon has taken care of our Bibi since we adopted her. The front end staff is always friendly and welcoming. She has been extremely attentive to our rescue pup who has white coat hypertension. They really care for her health and happiness. I really appreciate that they have a Saturday clinic and extended hours compared to many other clinics. I like the VCA app that helps make schedule appointments, requesting refills, and virtual consultations easy to do.

loved their vets and groomers! the front desk staff were so so. they couldn't answer any of my questions on the phone and that made it really hard to make the decision to go here... the groomer (I think her name was judy) was able to help remove these crazy knots from our cats belly. he is so happy now.

Unfortunately I had to come here so my dear Sebastian could breathe his last, but the staff is 1000% friendly. Thank you for giving us peace and for being so special to Sebas. Thank you so much. Love u Sebas

I was so pleased with the service that I received here. Doctor Patmon was so kind and professional towards us and took the time to explain everything to us clearly. I highly recommend VCA to everyone.
