A great place and very close to my home. This veterinary place has: very friendly employees, they are respectful, they are knowledgeable, very helpful and most important straightforward. What is also important to me is cleanliness and the usual pet odors. This place is very clean and has ZERO off putting odors. Yes, your dog will sniff around… Aren’t they all. The exams are very thorough, even the Vet-Techs are all hands on, take very detailed notes, do take their time with you and suggesting good solutions. The wait time, well it’s a 24hrs place, unless you have an appointment you will have to wait. This is a popular place in Kendall. Today I went with my princesita because she has been getting worse. It was time for her to be in peace. I had never been to this clinic and a friend recommended it. He swallowed a nickel, and we went through one of the scariest moments we’ve ever faced. From the very first moment, everyone was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. Dr Perez is nothing but amazing and helpful. My puppy Reese got neutered with her and some things came up but she was there and helped with everything. He’s currently in their care and she never fails to call me and update me everyday about him. I usually hate when he’s away from me and I get the worst anxiety but they make me feel and know he’s safe! Also the technicians are incredible. I don’t remember her name but she has curly hair. She’s a sweetheart! Some staff were kind of rude but everybody else was amazing! Thank you Dr Perez!!
