Indian Trace Animal Hospital has been taking care of all my pets for years. They have always been amazing to work with. We recently had to put our dog down during the holidays and everyone was there for us and could not have been more kind. This is the only place I trust with my pets.

I’ve taken the time to read through many of the reviews, and I have to say that the negative ones simply don’t reflect the truth—certainly not for anyone who has had the blessing of working with Dr. Longo. He is, without question, extraordinary. In a world where true dedication is rare, he stands out as a veterinarian who is second to none. Dr. Longo is a no-nonsense, straight-to-the-point, deeply assertive professional, but behind that strength is a heart that beats fiercely for the well-being of our furry family members. His knowledge is unmatched, his instincts are remarkable, and his compassion is something you can feel the moment he walks into the room. Do not recommend this location! Very little interest in the dogs or owners interests. Requested for documents to be filled, insisted that the directions were followed correctly and they didn’t care to help and did them incorrectly. The vet (Dr.Longo) did his check up in less than 1 min, asked no questions and clearly doesn’t care about animals. Thankfully I went only for a vaccine but would not trust them with any serious situations.

VCA Indian Trace Animal Hospital Profiles individuals, Customer service is horrendous. They do not know how to treat a customer or speak due to lack of communication if you have an injured pet and you do not belong to Weston Area they will give you recommendations of where to take your pet elsewhere. I do not recommend this place. Pro-Filing is a FACTOR in Weston not having empathy or being humane towards the needs of another Individual. I will not ever set foot in that office - degrading and lack of human empathy.

BEWARE of significant overpricing. 3 prescriptions were recommended for my dog's medical condition on a recent visit. VCA supplied the medications- I later found out that I paid more than double at VCA for the meds than I could have paid elsewhere. At our follow-up visit I asked to speak with the practice manager - I was told he was busy but that I would get a call later in the day-- Days later - NO CALL
