I can’t say enough wonderful things about Imperial Point Animal Hospital. The entire staff is so kind and compassionate, and Dr. Kese is truly the best. He loved my cat, Bella, as if she were his own and cared for her with such gentleness and respect. He’s incredibly thorough and always takes the time to listen to your observations and concerns, explaining everything clearly — from diagnosis to treatment options — so you feel completely supported and informed. Even during the most difficult moments, I knew Bella was in the best hands. I’m so grateful for the care, empathy, and dedication shown by Dr. Kese and his team. They genuinely go above and beyond for both pets and their people.

My (now) husband and I went to VCA in complete panic about 45 minutes before our wedding rehearsal dinner because it had appeared that our dog ate something he wasn’t supposed to and was having a bad reaction. I rarely ask for favors but I called ahead to let them know that we were on our way and asked if they could prioritize us on the waitlist. When we arrived, they took us back into an exam room right away and Josh the vet tech (I believe that was his name) examined our dog Cannoli. After a few minutes Dr. Kese was in the exam room with us determining a treatment plan for Cannoli. They came up with a plan and had us in and out in about 45 minutes. I'm a 1st time cat dad and it was not easy choosing a vet until I came across a post in Facebook. I got an appointment same day (today) and I was blown away by the facility. It was clean and big and immaculate. Everyone from the receptionist to the Dr. were so caring and kind. So knowledgeable and understanding. They really cared for my kitten Prince and took great care of him. They are not just vets. They are human and have great compassion for animals and they showed me that today. I cant really comment on their pricing because I am not sure if their pricing is competitive or not but I got a free exam, a welcome kit, flea and tick medicine and fast attention as well. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone who is a pet parent!! I have several pets and several stray cats I take care of. We always come to see Dr. Kese for everything, major or small. He is always correct in his diagnoses and fixes the fur babies right up, right the first time. Also is so so nice. Their policy is that they fit anyone in almost immediately/ definitely same day if it’s urgent/emergency! This is so helpful. Before I started coming here I read several reviews about prices being a little higher. While the prices are a tad higher than other places, I switched from Banfield, I’ve personally found the skill of the doctor, ability to be seen immediately if necessary, and kindness and empathy of the staff to make it well worth it!!! I’ve been taking our boys to VCA Imperial Point ever since they were puppies in a blanket. I wholeheartedly trust Dr. Peterson with my fur babies’ health and overall care. She is one of the most professional, transparent, generous and kind veterinarian doctors that I’ve ever met. But most importantly, Dr. Peterson is HONEST. The place is very clean and smells good. Therefore, we also book our boy’s pet boarding whenever we have to travel abroad. We know & trust the staff well enough not to worry about whether or not they are safe and are being treated with the best and utmost professional care possible. If you love your pets like family, VCA Imperial Point is without a shadow of a doubt, the best choice for all of your kids needs.
