VCA Forestville Animal Hospital

My pup has an inflamed pp/irritated underbelly and they were very professional and accommodating. Very friendly staff. They did an ultrasound and collected a urine sample. The process was quick. The doctor prescribed ointment along with flea, tic, and mite medicine. Just waiting for the urinalysis results. Hoping everything is ok. I would drive 45 minutes to go here again if needed.

I brought both of my cats here and I am so glad I did. The office was clean, the staff was beyond friendly and they really made us feel at home. I highly recommend them!

The vet and vet tech who treated my animal were amazing and so kind every visit! I’d give them 5 stars but the woman at the front desk was pretty disrespectful over the phone and in person. Even during the event of putting down my animal and making an uneducated disrespectful comment. Single handily ruined my experience there. Other then the woman at the front dest I recommend

My cat was very sick, before they worked on stabilization, they sedated her. When they sent her home she was not awake from the sedation, she never woke up. They send me home with expensive medicine that she could never take because she died, the vet suspected she may die, but charged me for expensive medication anyway. Now, after death. They refuse to give me the lab results that I was charged for. The staff is rude, and when I argued why I needed those labs, in a calm but stern tone, the lady stated I was screaming at her! I never raised my voice. I have called 4 times now, it took 3 calls to even get my receipt. It's seriously not ok. My cat was sick, she had cancer. She woukd of died. But was she going to die thst night? Not if she was not sedated. Update, I'll give them one extr

Called around 12:30 pm this afternoon simply asking if they had an exotic animal doctor at the clinic today as our rabbit is definitely nearing the end and we want him to pass peacefully. Barely got 3 sentences in (just the basics to explain the severity of the situation) and the receptionist repeatedly kept raising her voice to cut me off and rudely let me know they weren’t in until Monday. Understandable but thankfully, Windsor VCA is able to get us in later today to presumably help our little friend cross the rainbow bridge and their receptionist was wonderful. If the receptionist at this location is that obviously miserable over the phone, I couldn’t imagine interacting with them during the checkout process in person after a very hard and sensitive event like that.
