I love it there he was severely fused before I got him. He was hairless. It was so sad. Everyone here is nice but loki loves Dr. Carlson. My only complaint is it’s a little expensive but my dog is worth it. I just live on a fixed income
I have three cats that go to VCA and they are all very well taken care of. Front desk staff is friendly in person and on the phone, I normally see Dr, Au Yueng and all of my cats love her and so do I. It’s nice to go to a vet that makes you feel okay and understands you and the problems you come in with as a person not just a costumer.
Dr. Seacord and her VT Briana did a great job handling our husky, who was definitely not on his best behavior that day. We also received a detailed explanation and long-term plan for his respiratory diagnosis, which previous vets had been unable, or unwilling, to provide. We were very pleased with the care we received!
Very kind employees and veterinarian. Was able to have our leopard gecko seen the next day for appt after calling about suspected tail rot. There are no vet offices that specialize in reptiles close by on the shore. Some vets that claim to see exotics may only be familiar with certain ones and often they aren't reptiles. That can lead to antibiotics being prescribed when fecal tests come back with small amounts of pin worms or bacteria in feces. Small amounts are perfectly normal for reptiles like bearded dragons so when they prescribe them, they often do more harm than good and unfortunately a couple weeks later the poor thing will pass away from something like kidney failure. Needless to say I was very nervous about selecting a vet to take our gecko to. Upon looking them up they ac
I have been going here for over 8 years. They are now frequently understaffed. My wait times have averaged 40 minutes until you get seen recently. They almost killed my dog while fixing him 9 years ago. He needed an emergency scrotal ablation. He has battled skin issues for years. They always gave him his Lyme shot while having a skin infection. Now they refuse and need to extort people with more visit fees. Meanwhile, he is unvacinated and at risk. I am disappointed that their vets don't truly care about an animals well-being. That is what is most important to me. If you have no choice but VCA... I would demand Dr. Seacord. I am very disappointed. Au. Yeung should not be a vetnarian.
