VCA Cromwell Animal Hospital

We had our first visit today for our two cats and it went amazingly well! We used their free first visit coupon with no issues. We weren’t pressured into any additional work if we didn’t want it. We chose to do vaccinations but passed on some lab work since it wasn’t urgent. We asked for the price of the lab work and they got that for us while we were still in the exam room. They had a Churu treat for our cats while they got their vaccines. Our concerns regarding one of our cats were heard with no complaint unlike other vets we’ve been to. The doctor actually gave the same opinion we had regarding our cat’s behavior. The receptionists were very friendly and it wasn’t busy. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this vet!

I bring my cats, Pink and Bassett here…. And I used to bring my cat Apple here God rest her soul. VCA is awesome. They give 110% attention and time to your pet. They’re flexible with scheduling. And they text you to see how your pet is doing. I really like how I can go on their website and order stuff too. And I really like how they have a lot of stuff my cat needs in stock ex; pill assist for medications, treats that relax them because if you have a cat you know how hard it is to make them comfortable in unfamiliar places.

Update: 4/2/25 Last week I made the decision to have my 14yr old dog Rocky euthanized due to an incurable illness Dr Frattini & staff were wonderful! Very sympathetic & waited until my son was able to get there from work We were able to spend all the time we needed to say goodbye to our much loved dog Been a client of theirs for years & highly recommend Dr Frattini & his incredible staff! If I ever get another pet I wouldnt hesitate to go back to VCA I recently had to have my 15 yr old cat Bella euthanized du e to illness Everyone was so kind to me & my son during this painful time Especially Laurel From the diagnosis to making the appointment & the arrangements afterwards I felt they really cared

We brought our family dog here for 18 years and have nothing but amazing things to say about the entire staff - everyone is always so kind & helpful, they truly care about every animal. Just brought my kitten in for her first exam and can’t say how grateful I am that I can count on them to take the best care of her. Thank you!

Dr. Hurley is the best! Everyone at this location is so kind and friendly. They have done an excellent job of taking care of my cats over the years.
