We have been with Dr. Lager since our now 2.5-year-old golden retriever, Bailey, was just a few months old, and she has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Lager is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. She always follows up to check on him after our sick visits. Most recently, he became very ill. The staff worked with me to get him seen quickly, and Dr. Lager delivered exceptional care, updating me on his progress throughout. Additionally, the office staff and vet techs have been very pleasant and helpful. We love and trust Dr. Lager wholeheartedly—she’s truly the best!!

Very happy!! After a series of unfortunate events, by which I mean several visits to other vets, I finally found a friendly, welcoming, and competent vet clinic!! I have lived in LV for nearly 2 years and have been wildly unimpressed with the 3-4 other vets I've seen here but I finally found a keeper. I am confident that my fur babies will be well cared for going forward. Thank you!!

I recently brought in my newly adopted dog for her first visit, since VCA partners with The Animal Foundation. Dr. Tack was fantastic, and the vet tech team was incredibly kind and attentive. I truly appreciated the level of care they provided. The only issue I experienced was regarding a service I had clearly declined. During the financial breakdown, I was told a nail trim would be $37. I declined, planning to have it done at her grooming appointment for far less. The vet tech confirmed this and took my dog back for the treatments she did need. When she was returned to me, her nails had been trimmed anyway. This vet is so good my dog has been healthy enough to not need a visit in about a year. Before I switched to this vet he was going in at least once a month, never being properly diagnosed and constantly having issues. I wasted so much time and money. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful, they keep their appointments, the prices are reasonable and my Dr. (Lager) Is perfect. She reaches out directly and has the best attitude. She had the best solution to our nagging ear issues. Everyone seems to love my dog here so I feel bad that I haven't been back in a while!

My furry kids have been patients at Blue Cross for many years. I lost my two senior kitties after a lot of awesome care and old age. I just adopted two kittens and they’re having some belly issues. Dr. Balelo, the front desk staff, vet techs, and physicians are amazing. I have plenty of veterinarians close to me, but I choose to drive 26 miles each way because I have a healthcare partner.
