we’ve been coming here for years and have usually had great experiences, so this review is disappointing to write. as our dog has gotten older, we’ve been trying to do everything we can to keep him comfortable. the other weekend I spoke with tech EB about some more recommended treatments and joint supplements. Instead of a helpful conversation, the interaction quickly became uncomfortable. the tech grew unexpectedly hostile and started pushing a change in his feeding and pushing things we “needed” to do. what really shocked me was that she brought up end-of-life care, even though our vet recently noted that he has improved on his joint supplement and librela. yes, he has occasional bad days and needs extra rest, but to jump to that topic felt completely inappropriate and alarming. we’ve tr

I am so grateful at how I was treated during a hard time of making the decision to put my Sassy down, and then again receiving her ashes. The staff and vet took their time with me, explaining each step, while treating my Sassy as their own with the utmost respect. Giving me the time needed for closure, and exiting on my time. I appreciated this, that words cannot express my gratitude. When I brought the ashes home I was speechless again with the beautiful urn box and the most of cherishing keepsake of my Sassy’s paw print. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my family’s appreciation of the thoughtfulness!!

I took my geriatric (16 yr old feline) girl with congestion, sneezing, runny eyes, seeping ears, sleeping a lot, ect. We had dr. Reese and he was very informative, spent time with us. He gave her an antibiotic shot that and also cleaned her up and did her nails. We are home now, me sitting on the back porch and she is out roaming the yard. I feel so good about taking her. Maybe just a little pricey, but it's well worth it for the one you love. Kimba, my 'little white lion' has been through so much (ears), and she always bounces back like champ!

They were so caring, compassionate, flexible, helpful, mindful & by far the best vet I’ve ever been to by miles. They took my dog with ten minutes left on the day ( a patient they haven’t had before) in a major time of need, we’re so incredibly professional and would recommend 100x over.

Have a less than pleasant experience today at this vet . My college age daughter brought in her rescue with all of his papers and vaccinations from a visit that he had three months ago and another certified veterinarian out of state. They charged my daughter $350 for her dogs rash. They tried to justify all of the charges, exams, injections, when they probably should’ve just started with some appointment first. I feel like they price gouged a college student.
