Dr. Fenton is a miracle worker. He is a real life Dr. Doolittle. He saved my cat's life 10 years ago and helped her live another decade. Miss Mary was my heartbeat. He is a beautiful soul with a wonderful heart for the animals, all creatures...cats, dogs, snakes, zebras. He is heaven sent. The staff is wonderful as well. I highly recommend VCA All Creatures.

I want to start off by saying that while I’m incredibly upset over what has happened to my dog as a result of her last visit here, I am not writing this to be revengeful or mean. I’m sharing my experience because that’s what reviews are for! And it’s very important to me that you know what happened and make your own judgements on whether you choose to take your animals here. Jan 2021 UPDATE: My review for Dr. H remains the same - however, I am updating my comments due to my recent communication with the front desk staff. I am currently travelling and wanted to ask Dr. H about a medication that was prescribed to my little one. I didn't want a diagnosis or any other examination as I'm out of the Country until the borders re-open. The clerk who answered the phone would NOT allow me to ask any questions, nor send an email to Dr. H - my vet of choice for my little one's life. Neither empathy, sympathy nor any other caring attitude was conveyed other than I was wasting her time. I wanted only to get Dr. H's thoughts on the medication that was prescribed for Little Bit's heart while I was out of the country (Dr. H IS my little one's Doctor) and I wasn't given th

They are so caring and wonderful. Been going there for 25 years and 6 dogs. Piper the 13in Beagle just stayed 2 weeks with them when we had to make emergency trip back East. Loved my daily photos of him they texted. Thanks!!!

I recently acquired a cat who needed vaccination and neuter. This hospital told me that they would not neuter the cat before vaccination and now the cat is pregnant. What happened to veterinarians who want to help keep animals healthy? I'm just trying to be a good guy and help this cat. I now have to travel 3 hours away to San Diego for urgent care and also travel 3 hours back to Indio with a cat who will need rest after this procedure. 0 out of 5 stars. I do not recommend this place.
