Dr. Tracey was soooooo sweet, compassionate, and caring!!! You can tell she loves her job & the animals! She explains everything in a way that you can understand, and she even makes a few jokes here and there. She doesn’t rush the visit or makes you feel rushed in any way. Her personality is very “warm.” After going to Vetco and being unsatisfied, im glad I found this place! I believe I found my doggies a new vet home! Thanks so much Dr. Tracey for easing my mind & helping my poor Charlie❤️ *her assistant is also nice

Dr. Haganey- Top Notch! Love, love, love her!! Creative, Curious, Compassionate, Caring, Comes with with Cool ideas (All the C’s). Gave us more good time and more time for “bucket trips” with The Wonder Dog. My dog adores her as well. Can’t say enough good about her. The other Dr in this practice…flat, unemotional to the point of being curt. missed something due to not testing something that is COMMON with animals with this heath condition. They cost us stress and time with our baby. Didn’t suggest other common treatments that D. H did. This is shocking for “Advanced Animal Care” never mind the prices here.. That is why only 4 stars.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Trussell, nurse Rebecca, nurse Sam, and the amazing front desk staff, especially Angie! My cat South had dental surgery today, and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure she received the best possible care. From the moment we walked in, Angie greeted us with warmth and professionalism, making the whole experience stress-free. Nurse Sam and nurse Rebecca were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure I understood every step of South’s treatment and aftercare instructions. Right now (Dec 2020) a masked vet tech comes out to your car and picks up your pet, takes it inside, they treat them or run tests and then call you to discuss, like most vets in these covid times. However, Dr. Trussell has been taking care of my cat for 17 years, and I can't say enough good things about her. She is very kind but also to the point and no nonsense. I definitely partially attribute my 3 special needs cats' long lives to her great care. One of my cats has a rare condition that requires special labs and many vets just aren't equipped to deal with it. One of my cats loves vet tech Rebekah (who he has known his whole 16 year life) so much, that he howls to go back when I bring him home from check ups.
