I cannot express my pleasure with my pup, Elroy J's care and also the way they treated me. Many thanks and blessings go out to Dr. Batenhorst for really making me and Elroy J comfortable from day one through 14 weeks of care. On November 9th my Yorkie, Elroy J was seen here, he had a broken right front leg. He had almost weekly follow ups, and became what seemed like a rockstar. I swear every person that worked there knew him. The leg never healed, so amputation was the only option. They assured me that he would adapt quickly. Less than a week later he was sleeping on that side and within two weeks he was back to his natural self, playing with Maggie Mae, his bonded partner.

I brought my baby girl in to find out why she was coughing so much and having a little trouble breathing. The vet examined her and said she has a trachea collapse. Her exact words was we don’t even need X-rays. So this Wednesday she had to be put to sleep and the X-rays this vet took showed cancer and fluid around her heart. Her trachea was perfect. All this time and money treating something that wasn’t wrong with her. Now my baby is no longer with me and my heart is broke in a million pieces.

Very attentive and helpful staff. Made my little Maxi feel safe and confident in the veterinarian care. All of the staff here is helpful and knowledgeable and wants to see your pet taken care of in the best possible way. I love this place and will definitely be bringing my little guy back.

The staff here is so kind, welcoming, and compassionate. I’ve been bringing my disabled kitty here for a year now to see Dr. Golden, and they’ve all taken such incredible care of him, with so much love. Everyone there loves animals so much and is truly in their field of passion, and it shows in every interaction. Dr. Golden is so kind and so resourceful, and she’s so incredibly human and honest in her care - I absolutely adore her, and I’m so grateful for everyone there.

We've had 4 dogs with Dr Simone and we just adopted our next dog who we took to Dr. Simone for the regular checkup that was recommended. we have had only caring service from Vca. Great place to take your pet.
