Vanity Fur Pet Spa

Owner does not return calls, she has been grooming my fur baby for 2 years and within those 2 years it's been so stressful not knowing when she will respond to make an appointment. Weeks pass usually, she has canceled last minute or same day of the appointment multiple times. Worst part is she doesn't circle back to reschedule. We text and text to beg for an appointment and no response. Dogs are running loose, not caged, dog hair everywhere and the boy friends of both workers who are not trained are washing the dogs. No insurance, no license. I know one is not required in the state of NM but if your going to be careless with the dogs roaming you should have insurance in case a big dog hurts one of the little dogs. I am beyond thrilled with Rachel! She is an absolute miracle worker! We have a 15 year old Shih Tzu who is extremely difficult to work with. She used to love being groomed but has become increasingly hard to work with in the last year. The groomer that we took her to for around 8 years told us that she would no longer groom her because she moved around and nipped too much. I thought all was lost and our poor old girl was sentenced to live in a grungy old coat and not able to see because the hair would envelope her eyes. My husband and I tried to groom her ourselves but would end up trying to shank each other with the grooming shears out of total frustration! Very good shop super clean super affordable very well maintained. Definitely would recommend 10/10 with pricing as well!
