This review is about the new ownership! First i wanna say that I'm an extra sensitive pet owner who asks lots of questions. When i brought my pet here under the previous ownership, they were also great, but they did miss an important finding even after doing an expensive full panel. Yesterday i called when they opened, concerned about my pets weight loss. I was kindly greeted by Becca who said i could stop by right away and weigh my pet to see what we could do from there. They weighed him, tried to test him for the first thing that popped into Dr Kellys head, which was hyperthyroidism. Unfortunately he was a little too aggressive and had to come back the next morning medicated. After tests results came back minutes later, we were able to confirm the Dr's hunch was correct. I STRONGLY advise not to go here. They NEVER answer their phone. We had an issue with our pet and when we finally got in touch with them.. I had told them our strong concerns about our dog and THE BEST they could do was see him 2 weeks and to just wait for the appointment, hes probably fine. THAT same evening we had to rush him to an urgent vet which later led to us to taking him to a hospital!! THEN they had the audacity to call and ask me to change my appointment again... Also, LITERALY EVERY SINGLE TIME, we had to order flea and tick, and heartwormer medication.. THEY WOULD NEVER APPROVED IT IN TIME and we would be past due with getting him his meds... EVERY.. SINGLE... TIME... I Strongly suggest putting your loved ones in someone else's care because if we would have listened to them..

This vet went above and beyond for my cat Axel in an emergency situation! Without them he wouldn’t have made it! I am so thankful for their compassion and kindness! They treated us with such love! 10/10 recommend!

I was referred to Value Pet Vet by a local friend for a dental on my senior dog, Luna. We had been on waiting lists around the state for months because her dental was going to be quite complex. Dr Lawendy got Luna in right away and did an absolute expert job. I’m blown away by this office’s compassion and dedication to a mere stranger and her beloved old dog. The cost was more than fair and I am so grateful for this team and their prompt and professional service. I’ve been in the animal rescue circle for over 10 years and let me tell you, they don’t make many vets like this anymore. We will absolutely be back, hopefully with much better doggy breath and an even healthier mouth. <3

This vet is a joke. Was told intital quote for 2nd visit at my cats first visit. Bill was 100 more when my wife went. Scheduled a spay and hernia surgery and was told theyd give us a quote within a week. Been two no with multiple phone calls with no call back or communication and they still have yet to get back to us. I'm sure it will be much more than what they originally have on their website and what they quote so I'm not wasting my time with these guys after seeing all these other reviews. I'll take my money elsewhere with better customer service and reviews
