They have been taking care of my 14 cats and 7 dogs for quite some time now, and the level of care and attention each animal receives is simply outstanding. No matter how busy they are, every staff member treats each of my pets as if they were their own — patient, gentle, and always thorough. What really stands out is how they treat me and my son. From the moment we walk in, we’re greeted with genuine warmth. They remember our names, ask about our animals by name, and always make sure we feel comfortable and informed about every step of their care. Our dogs have been going to Value Vet since they were pups. The front desk staff, techs, and drs are all friendly and professional. They care about the animals, will answer any and all questions, and offer good prices. We've brought our furballs in for various services (neuter/spay, vaccines, mass removal, etc) and it's always been a good experience. Also, Value Vet is literally the only place that can clip their nails without issue. Grateful for Dr. Bunning and the clinic providing such good care in the Bronx.

An fantastic place to take your pets for their care. We have broght all our animals here for a few years now and have recommended other people to do the same. You can tell they really love animals here; from the Dr's to the staff. My daughter and Goddaughter now bring bring their furbabies here and are happy with the care they receive. We have 3 dogs and even adopted a rescue kitten from them. We have taken our pets there for everything from annual visits, to dental cleaning to them being a sick and needing some care. I highly advise you checking them out for your pet needs.

My senior dog Louis had surgery for multiple issues including neutering on the same day...we were nervous he was nervous. The team of nurses, assistants were so loving and gentle with our 12 year old baby we were able to relax knowing he was in good care. I had such a wonderful experience with this vet office and their entire staff. They were absolutely amazing with my puppy, Mia. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, patient, and truly compassionate. Mia was nervous and didn’t love getting her vaccines, but the vet and staff handled her with so much care and reassurance. They took their time, explained everything clearly, and made sure both Mia and I felt comfortable throughout the visit. You can genuinely tell they love what they do and truly care about the animals they treat. I’m so grateful for the excellent care Mia received and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a vet who treats your pet like family. 🐾💗
