This is the best vet I've ever been to. They were able to get me into an appointment within 2 days, expertly examined my dog and found that she had contracted a virus. She felt better after a round of some meds and a bland diet after about a week of treatment. The total was around $250. After being a loyal customer to Banfield Pet Hospital for over 4 years, I stopped into to a Banfield, saw no vet and minimally explained the issue, & was quoted $1.3k for several tests. I left, was charged $75 for nothing. I was being scammed by Banfield and needed my dog to get the care she deserved. That's when I found West valley animal hospital out of recommendation from my bf. My dog is 100% better and it's thanks to this vet. Thank you for having such a friendly and personal receptionist, passionate
Dr. Cromer and her team are wonderful: Compassionate-Efficient-Patient. Dr. Cromer is very thorough and answers all questions without being rushed. X-rays and Labs are done in house-with results in 10-15 min. A friend from recommended Dr. Cromer after hearing how much the other vet charged for everything and how they recommended multiple tests and labs while my dog’s kidney lab values were getting worse. On the first visit Dr. Cromer stopped one of the injections he was getting for a year at the other vet’s because it can cause kidney issues. Since then his kidney labs have improved significantly. My vet bills are 1/3 to 1/2 less now. I don’t feel taken advantage of when I pay. Most of all- I am confident that my dog is getting the excellent care he needs and that we both are treated
The team and Dr Cromer take good care of my sweet old cat and have helped her to gain weight and thrive again. I appreciate that they have care credit too.
I specifically made the appointment for my cat to get his anal glands expressed because they are built up pretty bad and to get his last rabies shot. The rabies shot wasn’t the main reason I even called. And they didn’t even wrote it down to do it. Now my cat is upset and they told me to come in another day to do it. Make sure you repeat yourself a bunch when setting up an appointment with them.
We love Dr Cromer. She can never retire! We’ve used her for over 7 years.
