My dog Oasis has high anxiety and the vet/staff went above and beyond to help him and myself feel comfortable being there. They took as long as he needed and didn't make us rush threw. They explained everything and answered all my concerns. I didn't feel ridiculous asking questions or judged for Oasis nervousness. I'm greatfull to be able to bring my boy to this practice and would recommend others. Everyone we met were so nice and they even helped with getting us out of the building to make sure he didn't have to pass by others waiting for there appointment because big dogs make him nervous. They are fast at responding online as well when you have questions.

Let me start off with the most important thing. Michelle Bartus was my vet. And I don’t think that she believed anything I said which lead to the death of my best friend Charlie. From the beginning, I brought in Charlie because of weight loss. Instead of listening to me that I thought something was wrong. She determined that he was just anxious. He was not, and has not ever been. (Charlie was a menace to society. He would terrorize strangers, other cats, small dogs, my house in the most carefree idiotic way) He was prescribed with medicine to help calm him down. After a month of it having no effect on his weird behavior, I urged to have a blood test done. I finally had the answer. Diabetes. I was told it would take a while to get the amount of insulin. Dr. Kim has been our vet for many years and we would follow her to wherever! It may be a little further but worth everything to us. When we arrived Dr Kim came out and greeted us making us feel so welcome! The facility is very clean and neat and everyone we interacted with was so kind and welcoming. We look forward to many many more years of wonderful care at Valley Vet!

The facility was very clean and welcoming. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My rabbit hurt her back leg so I brought her in. Dr Kim (who recently started there and cares for exotic pets) was very thorough and answered my questions confidently and gave me helpful advice to further my Snoball’s care at home. The staff there were so nice and took great care of my bun.

Everyone at Valley Veterinary Service is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable and I wouldn't trust the care of my animals anywhere else. Dr. Bartus and Dr. Nelson are wonderful and I have been taking my pets there for as long as I can remember. The doctors and veterinary technicians truly care about your pets and you can tell.
