OMG, who offers this type of care anymore? I am stunned. Admittedly, I am one of those overly-anxious pet moms who tearfully begged for an appointment at Valley Vet. Thankfully, this clinic has a receptionist/ vet assistant, Teagan, who tactfully and kindly handled my concerns over my sick kitty. In addition, the vet, Dr. Claudia Swanger, actually took time to explain his illness and answer all my questions. Who does that? I thought good medical practice was a thing of the past. I remain stunned. And get this? Teagan called me days after to inquire about how my cat, Sid Vicious, was doing. Since moving to the Mapleton area, I've had several bad experiences with vet clinics. A big shout out to Jared! This fella was more than willing to explain to our kids this morning how he preg checks and what he looks for when doing so. He went above and beyond our expectations with the entire process. This was our first time with cattle and the experience couldn't have gone better. He provided us with his recommendation on AI'ing her after the 1st of the year and so on. Thanks again for his expertise...we will be back!

I love this vet clinic since I can't get to my family vet in a different city. I've not had a problem with the Mapleton Vet Clinic yet, and that is why I am using them again. They saved one of my cat's in the past and last I knew she was going on 8 years old. Now I take my Jynxie there, and they have been a great help. They told me his actual age, breed of cat, and told me that even though he appears fat, he is just very healthy. Yeah, I would definitely recommend Mapleton Vet Clinic to friends and family.

Used to be a decent place to go, but the veterinarian is retiring and there is a new veterinarian that is only there three days a week, and never on weekends. when I explained the situation , she basically wanted me to take time off of work to accommodate her hours. That's terrible when I used to be able to schedule a visit on Saturday. Now I'm going to find a different veterinarian, I'm not really happy with the new doctor in Mapleton.
